We’re committed to providing you with the highest level of service, so that's why our prices INCLUDE SHIPPING (U.S. lower 48 states only, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded. Certain restrictions apply). In MOST CASES, orders will ship within 1-2 business days after processing via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and will arrive at your door 3-4 business days after.
We also ship international! Please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to ordering one of our products to anywhere outside of the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). If an order is placed that requires shipping outside of the United States, we will send a separate invoice and will not ship out until it is paid.
All products (unless stated otherwise) include a 1-year warranty against all defects not caused by wear & tear. You must contact us first to inform us of any warranty claim. The Product(s) must be packaged well. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging. We will inspect the product and at our discretion either repair, replace or decline (if due to improper installation and/or negligence) Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty claims.
We offer a 7-day return policy after the original date the product is received (Date Received is determined by Tracking number). All unopened and wrapped products sent back to us will receive a refund via their original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us first before sending us back any product. Once a product is installed, there are no returns. We do not accept returns on custom made products (unless they arrive defective, we will exchange/correct for the same product). Once an order is placed and processed for a custom product, we cannot stop it and the product will be created. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please Note: As of January 1, 2020, if you pay with Paypal and decide to return or cancel your order, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE 3% processing fee, regardless if the order has been shipped or not. Paypal no longer credits back this fee that they charge us when we process a refund. To avoid the non-refundable 3% processing fee, select "Pay with Credit Card" which is processed through Square. We apologize for the inconvenience.
