Shipping (Domestic & International)
We’re committed to providing you with the highest level of service, so that's why our prices INCLUDE SHIPPING within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded). In MOST CASES, orders will ship within 1-2 business days after processing via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and will arrive at your door 3-4 business days after.
We also ship international! Please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to ordering one of our products to anywhere outside of the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). If an order is placed that requires shipping outside of the United States, we will send a separate invoice and will not ship out until it is paid.
Warranty/Return Policy
Warranty:
All products (unless stated otherwise) include a 1-year warranty against all defects not caused by wear & tear. You must contact us first to inform us of any warranty claim. The Product(s) must be packaged well. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging. We will inspect the product and at our discretion either repair, replace or decline (if due to improper installation and/or negligence) Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty claims.
***Turbo and Exhaust Manifold WARRANTY***
We offer a 6 month LIMITED WARRANTY to the turbocharger only, and does not include any parts or components associated with, attached, or connected to the turbocharger unit (Installation Kit and Oil Supply/Return Lines are NOT INCLUDED in the warranty). This limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind. This warranty is also limited in that it does not apply to any turbo which has been subjected to oil related problems (most commonly oil starvation and/or oil contamination - which are both clearly owner/installer responsibilities), improper installation, foreign object damage, over speeding of the turbo, misuse, neglect, accidents, any modifications made to the turbo by the purchaser, or if the turbo has been disassembled by anyone other than us. In order to warranty a part or turbo, it must be returned for inspection in its "as-is" condition (not cleaned or disassembled). In some cases, the part or turbo must be forwarded to the manufacturer in order for them to do their own inspection. This isn't a long process but typically takes an additional 7-10 business days. Our manufacturer currently has a success rate of 99.45%. By purchasing this turbo, you agree to work directly with NGEN Customs & Performance in the event the turbo does indeed fail and not simply file a claim with Paypal or Credit Card company.
Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy after the original date the product is received (Date Received is determined by Tracking number). All unopened and wrapped products sent back to us will receive a refund via their original form of payment, minus the processing fee (3-4%) plus a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us first before sending us back any product. Once a product is installed, there are no returns. We do not accept returns on custom made products (unless they arrive defective, we will exchange/correct for the same product). Once an order is placed and processed for a custom product, we cannot stop it and the product will be created. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds:
As of January 1, 2020, if you pay with Paypal and decide to return or cancel your order, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE 4% processing fee, regardless if the order has been shipped or not. Paypal no longer credits back this fee that they charge us when we process a refund.
As of April 1, 2023, if you pay with a Credit Card (through Square, our credit card processor) and decide to return or cancel your order, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE 3% processing fee, regardless if the order has been shipped or not. Square no longer credits back this fee that they charge us when we process a refund.
